I did read the reviews on google, and I have to say I had no negative experiences or “rudeness” with the 4-5 staff members I encountered and all of the take home instructions were very thorough. Dr rupeka checked in with me regarding pain/comfort and explained everything thoroughly and asked if I had any questions. The consultation process was not pushy and I didn’t feel like I was being “sold” on something that wasn’t going to benefit me. "I submitted an inquiry for a consultation and received a phone call and before I could even confirm what it was that I was interested in specifically the woman proceeded to tell me that I essentially was too fat and had too much of a BMI without asking me what my actual BMI was if I’ve had an in body scan or an actual scan that would tell me my exact BMI she proceeded to disregard me and then put me on hold for considerable amount of time once I corrected her on what I knew was legal in the state of Ohio and that I was actually interested in non-invasive procedures. Based on the off putting customer service, I would not be interested in moving forward with services at this particular provider."
