"Will no longer be using Mercy Health at all!! My husband got sick on the 29th of November and then my mom and I got sick on the 1rst. I decided to Covid test us to rule it out, surprise we were positive. Called this office on the 4th to make follow up appointments and request medication. Explained everything to the person on the phone that I needed some cough medicine as well as my husband but he needed his to be different then mine because of his high blood pressure and we were scheduled appointments for the 7th at 8 and 8:30. About 4pm on the 6th we get a call from the dr office asking about my husband’s medication however they had nothing for me. They sent my husband paxlovid, read the side effects, high blood pressure is a side effect. On the 7th at 7:10 they called and said we can’t come in for our appointments. They don’t pay attention to your conditions when giving medications or listen to you! Time to find a new PCP and get away from Mercy Health"

I now have a primary care doctor who has helped me with scheduling an appointment with a dermatologist. Now a lot of dermatologist don't accept Medicaid Insurance so I don't see one until January however my Mercy Health Doctor is great and very helpful"
