"Has no work portfolio to show during consultation or on his website. I found him unprepared for consultation. Everything that they say about time management and running two hours or more behind scheduled appointment is true. Seems like his staff over books his appointments along with a 3 month wait. I have never met a plastic surgeon that didn’t have a work portfolio and I can’t believe people let him operate on them without seeing what his aesthetic results look like. I would recommend staying away from doctors and surgeons whom claim they are skilled to do something but have absolutely no pictures of work. This is why people end up on blotched. Always research your surgeon and if you can’t find a picture online or in person choose someone else."

"Awful experience. Don't go unless you have hours to waste. I drove from Cleveland to see Dr Generalovich because he was referred to me. I sat in the office almost 1 1/2 hours for a basic Botox treatment. While the doctor was on a social visit while , there were several patients waiting in the back waiting room to see him along with me. Upon talking to one woman who has been seeing him for a while, she stated she normally waits around 2 hours to see him for a Botox treatment, she said one time she waited 4 hours. She also stated that the place that she used to go stopped doing Botox except for headaches, but she felt what they did lasted longer. Upon hearing how long she has waited at past visits, and also an employee confirming he was visiting in his office with friends, I decided to leave. I have had Botox done in Florida, and it was quick, easy and effective. There is no way it should take hours for a pretty simple treatment. Awful patient care."

"Dr. Generalovich is one of the best! My first surgery with him, he brought me a teddy bear to calm my nerves. He has amazing bed side manners and he truly takes his time with the patient - thus the wait times. He throughly makes sure you’re comfortable with anything the office suggests. As for his PA/NP, Jess, she’s amazing too! They both take their time, and you can clearly tell that they love what they do. I recommend him to anyone and I tell them if they can’t get in with Dr., to see Jess! LOVE them!"
