"I had a total knee replacement with Dr. Woods at the end of May this year . I must say his team at that point were very good in getting me through the process. My wife had complimented Dr Woods on how he was very reassuring to her while I was in recovery. After surgery is a different story . The 2 appointments that I had with Dr. Woods were less than average. I waited both times for over an hour past my appointment time. When I finally got to see Dr. Woods and I had questions about what I was experiencing. Especially, the pain and swelling around my new knee cap, his response to me was. “ Well you should have seen what I did to your knee. I can’t do anything about that”. I’m glad my son was with me to hear him say that. Not an answer I was expecting from a professional. He may have been through thousands even tens of thousands of this type of procedure, however, this was my first experience with no real understanding what I should be aware of. Also, after the time I had to wait past my appointment, I just got in the room and he took a call. Oblivious to any patient care that his profession is responsible for. Dr. Woods after care is far from good. I understand he is a busy doctor and I could appreciate that. However, the value I found in the wait time, cost and lack of professionalism was far from pleasing. I am considering going to another surgeon to find out what is going on with my new knee cap. Because I know that I will not find any joy in my present situation"

I think Doctor Woods is fantastic and so is his staff, Stacy is on top of all her paperwork, and I had no problem getting my sick leave, I have already recommended Dr. Woods to many and they are well pleased.
