"Sat in the Drive-Thru for about 5 minutes before someone even came over the speaker order my food and paid for it got home the crunchwrap was piping hot but my chili cheese burrito and my nachos fries were ice cold and the girl at the drive through just had an energy that you could tell she didn't want to be bothered with even dealing with customers let alone she hands me my food and says here"
"Don’t order delivery unless you want half your order missing, they forgot half our order and gave us the wrong drinks plus stale chalupas. Wild that they can’t even send out easy orders."

"So I absolutely had to write a review for our experience here... -- We have 4 kids so every fast food trip is a new adventure. We never know exactly how it's going to go. I have to say, I misjudged this location completely!!! Because we have so many kids we do the best we can to get the best deals available and also use any mobile codes we may have. This sometimes (more often than not, unfortunately...) infuriates the person taking the order and the staff inside. I must have apologized to the girl taking our order about 10 times, but she politely dismissed me every time and continued to be extra patient and pleasant with us. The line had built up quite a bit behind us but she made it clear that at that moment she was ONLY concerned with us and making sure our order was correct. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves special recognition for her diligence!!! Our food was quite complex, but it was made perfectly and the taste was even better!!! I hope the staff here keep up the awesome work and continue to deliver that level of speed and quality every single day!!!"
