"Is the franchise owner going to do anything about this location? Corporate Wendy’s sure isn’t because I’ve reached out multiple times. The pictures of the fries are one from today and one from about 2 weeks ago, every single time I order a large fry they give me about a medium fry serving, why am I paying over $3 and not getting the correct amount. And the sandwich is from about 2 weeks ago, had hair in it. I reached out and got nothing back about it. I don’t think they should have opened this location"
"Nice new Wendy's. Our only complaint was no one seemed to be on clean up. We had to clean our own seating area. None of the tables had been touched. Then we figured out why. As we were leaving the entire crew was outside sitting on the curb instead of working."
"Employees need re trained on bagging the orders. I have received many baked potatoes from this location and not once has the order been correct. Missing utensils/no utensils at all including a straw for my drink. It’s not that hard of a concept to grasp."
