"Website lets you make an appointment, they wait 10 DAYS until the day before the scheduled appt to tell you that they're cancelling it on you because they "require a diagnosis and a referral" -- Scheduling on the website said NOTHING about needing dx or referral (insurance didn't even require it, the office does), and the person on the phone sounds all too happy to have cancelled that appointment you've been desperately waiting for before even talking it over with you, even when you have a primary visit scheduled before then and could still reasonably obtain a referral by the time of the appt! If the employees here have so little empathy that they can't even be bothered to extend the minimum level of courtesy or care to people who aren't even in the door yet, then I can only imagine how little concern they have for your suffering or wellbeing despite the damn diagnosis or referral."

She is thorough and makes sure of the plan for you by repeating it more than once. You can't go wrong. The only thing is their phone system. You can't reach anyone and no one calls you back but they do have my chart which is great and I am getting familiar using it and it is easy to navigate."
