"The doctor and nurses are good but the financial support team for insurance claims and billing is not acceptable. Our treatment plans have been delayed multiple times due to the authorization process was not proceed in a timely manner. Communication is not transparent and direct between their own teams. You will need to push and make sure the authorization process go through on your own, otherwise you may receive a last minute notice right before the treatment plan starts. Wish they will care about patients' needs and time more."
