"Well this place doesn't care about people's health and don't care about scheduling people in to donate. Also this place doesn't care when people donate because I left this place last time with my arm bruised and black and blue. Well I will be contacting the better business bureau about this place and people here. Well I guess American red cross I will start going to for blood donation. Michigan Blood doesn't deserve to be in business anymore. Well I guess I will be filing a complaint on Michigan Blood behalf of not letting people come to donate blood or anything like that. "I have given blood a couple of times before but this center was the best experience so far. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The whole process was super quick, from the paper work for first time donors at this location, they took me straight into checking my blood quality and questions to the actual donation chair. After the 15 minute wait period was up, I left and checked my phone, it had been 1 hour and 10 minutes. They were super quick but very thorough. I would highly recommend this location."
