"I have been waiting for 4 months to get in to my appointment. I previously had an appointment with one of their competitors but they told me they could get me in sooner, they pre-approved my insurance and scheduled me. I cancelled with their competitor then after 3 1/2 months they call and say they made a mistake and can't take my insurance, cancel my appointment and leave me to start a 4 month process over again. I hope nothing major is wrong or these people may have cost me a lot. I hope this helps others avoid similar situations in the future."

"Worst Doctor I've seen. I've had to see a few doctors over the last few months (including a nurse practitioner) and I had my worst experience with her. Diabetes is a serious condition that needs the doctor to communicate properly with the patient. See said (and skipped) so many important things. For example, she prescribed Glipizide and didn't even mention that it can cause hypoglycemia and that I should be frequently monitoring my blood sugar. I would have ended up in the ER if I followed her advice. She also did not listen to any of my concerns. Please see a different doctor if you can."

"Worked with her for a few years and did not have a good experience. It was basically walking into the office, asking how I'm doing, avoiding intervention on my health issues, writing my usual prescriptions, and giving me blood work papers. I never grew in my disease management, and when I asked to start up on a medical device it was like I had asked her something totally unreasonable. I went on for a full year of her making excuses, losing paper work, and leaving me rude voicemails for me to decide to leave. I'm now working with an endo who hears me out, teaches me new things, and helps me fight for insurance coverage."
