"i never leave reviews but this place is absolutely ridiculous. i’ve called numerous times with no answer and left several voicemails to get ahold of ANYONE so i could check on my loved one. they left me totally in the dark and i was worried sick. then after my loved one left, they held her things which sucks but it would’ve been fine if they secured her items. her things were stolen??? shame on everyone here"

"This place has broke all hippa act confidentiality with their clients. I do not recommend sending your loved ones there unless you want everyone knowing their personal business. My loved one is there and people have contacted me asking me how I am doing and they know what is going on because my loved ones counselor is their friend who informed them. When it was brought to the staff about their counselors big mouth, they said it is the workers word against my loved ones. Lol! More action is going to take place because no ones personal info is safe in this so called professional treatment center. And I know what it's like to seek help and the professional has broke confidentiality."
