"The office staff were all very courteous. The office was clean and relatively quiet (there was a TV on, but it was not too loud). Everyone was treated politely by all the staff, and the wait time was not very long to see the doctor. Dr. Kowalyk was also very courteous; he was thorough and answered all my questions very clearly. While the appointment with him did not take very long, even though I was a new patient, I felt listened to and understood. The plan of care was discussed with me and I was able to ask any questions or bring up any concerns; I *never* felt "talked down to" or belittled."
