My favorite is Dr. V…..my experience was good for example when they were updating their system . This location on highland had a letter on their front door to let patients know they were updating their system . I feel it ran smoothly scent is well organized…..."
"I had the same experience as I usually do. The receptionists know me. The waiting area is always clear un-crowded. I haven’t been in the facility for more than hour except once. Medical process, and I only needed it done once. That’s efficiency.. These are also my personal experiences."
"Horrible experience. Do not recommend Ira David Uretzky. Spent less than 5 minutes with me. Did not do an exam other than grabbing my jaw for a moment. Ran tons of unnecessary bloodwork, referred immediately to a "real dentist " who also wanted more money for their own test even though I had an MRI done. Repeated autoimmune bloodwork that he would have known had been done had he spent more than 5 minutes with me. Glanced at the papers said this is TMJ and sent me out. None of my symptoms other than an ear tingle mimic TMJ disfunction. Had to get a second opinion after he charged $245 for a nonexistent exam. I left a neutral 3 star review at first, and they told me to get my records and find someone else. It was close to impossible to get the records. I had to drive to their physical location to get them faxed to another physician. It's $25 if you want a copy of records for one 5 minute visit for yourself. Very disappointed. Manager doesn't seem too bothered. They have plenty of patients. Might be ok if you get the right team, but there is MUCH better service available, without waiting 2 months."
"Someone please explain to me how to get assistance from anyone at this practice when it comes to them sending medication prescriptions to a pharmacy. My son was referred by his doctor and was diagnosed with a double ear infection during his consult YESTERDAY. The antibiotic was not sent to the pharmacy yesterday or today. We’re going on Day 3 and I’ve called all day, left countless messages because I keep getting transferred to an unmonitored voicemail. I flew from Lexington to the office to get the script in my hand, and she looked me in my face said, “Sorry, no one here can help you today.” What are y’all getting referrals for if y’all can’t help people? And how do I get my son’s script sent to the pharmacy when they are the ones that diagnosed him? I tried to schedule another appointment, they said we can’t see him until May 20th. I’ll be a detractor for life. I will plead with his doctor to stop referring patients to this office location. Whatever I have to do. I told them to cancel his follow up appointment since they didn’t help him the first time. I wish I could get my $15 copay back because I’d rather give it to somebody on the street than pay them another dime. They don’t care. As long as they can leave by 5:00 on the dot. Lord forbid if I said my child’s life was hanging in the balance without that medication because they’d still tell me they can’t help me and send me to voicemail. Basically, just eat the gas and go to another location."
"The Assistant Lauren At Front Desk Was Very Rude And Very Unprofessional. I came in to check my son in for his allergy shot. Was his first time getting the shot and I asked if they had a fast pass to go in. She wanted me to fill out forms already did I was very polite when telling her I did that already another lady had to help her. She told me that I need to have a fast pass card because I have very little patience. Wow I couldn't believe what she said out loud in front of others. When I was never inpatient. I was actually polite and patient. That was something she did not have to say and that was very rude. Please Train Your Employees To Treat People With Respect"
