We needed to return a few times for adjustments and Selena patiently worked with us until my mother was 100% satisfied."
"My hearing aids work fine. However, every time I mention an issue I am having, I get a non-answer response - basically that there’s no problem. In addition, the reporting software seems unreliable at best. It indicated I was adjusting my volume 70 times per day, and I rarely adjust it. It makes me question other aspects of what is being reported through the system."
"Very easy process! I scheduled my appointment, & got in quickly. They were very friendly & efficient. I had my hearing test that day and had they have had the hearing aids in stock for me, I probably would’ve had them on that day. But they had to order them and I scheduled another appointment. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five stars was because, when I came back for my second appointment, they had the wrong color. Not their fault, but the company who sent them the ones that were wrong. I waited almost an month and they called me when they had them in stock. I went in, she went over everything thoroughly about the hearing aids. Explaining everything to me about how to use them, how they would work, each button, The batteries, and the care for them. She took her time and listened to me & my questions and answered everything completely. I felt comfortable when I left and I scheduled another follow up appointment. It was a very easy comfortable process! I would recommend them for your hearing needs."
