"This place is shady! This wasn’t my first rodeo as I’ve been wearing hearing aids since 2011. Directly after having the hearing test, I was led to the front desk to pick out hearing aids for them to order without even having tried any of them! When I asked for a copy of my hearing test, I was told “we don’t do that”. So I asked if I could see the hearing test results and she very reluctantly handed it to me to look at. As I attempted to take a picture of it with my phone so that my husband who couldn’t be with me that day, could see it, she actually tried to grab it out of my hand! That was MY medical record. She had no right to get physical with me! Please stay far away from this place"
