"Dr. Bajowala is extremely knowledgeable and is extremely thorough. Great doctor. The office staff is the problem. It’s hard to get anyone to answer the phone, even harder to get a call back and extremely hard to get refills on medication. Minimum three requests made by me just to get refills. Walgreens asked if I could intervene and get an answer from the doctor’s office since they couldn’t get any response for request for refills. Front desk staff very unwelcoming. Infusion center I was sent to by the office for asthma injections also couldn’t get this office to respond to their requests either and was unable to give me my needed asthma injections. I sadly had to leave this great doctor for a different office in order to get the medication I need for my asthma. Wouldn’t recommend with current office staff."

"I suffered from pollen, mold, and ragweed allergies from my teens through my forties. Unless it was snowing, I needed allergy pills. Before coming to Dr. Bajowala, my typical August and September allergies required doubling up on over-the-counter antihistamines, avoiding the great outdoors at all costs, and missing a few days of work because I couldn't sleep at night. I started seeing the doctor in November 2013, and would receive my shots twice a week for 4 to 5 months, then I reached the max dosage and my trips to her are now only once every 3 weeks. Thanks to the treatments, our windows are now open on nice days. I jogged all through the Fall. I was taking an allergy pill a few times each week (I'm not 100% cured yet) and wondered if I really needed them. The treatments have REALLY changed things for me and I wonder why I hadn't done this sooner. Dr. Bajowala is a terrific doctor. Her staff is always kind and friendly. Many of her patients are children, and she treats them all like they are her own kids. If you or any member of your family suffer from allergies and you have been putting off getting treatment, stop waiting!!! The outdoors are waiting for you."
