"I came for my appointment and arrived 15 mins prior to my MRI, the front desk was very pleasant and really nice, & she informed me to take the elevator down to the first floor and wait until I am called. I am currently in the waiting area and I been here for 1hr and 15 mins and no one has called me in yet. I politely asked a gentleman walking by about the delay and he stated it will take another 25 mins for them to call me in since they are behind! Never in my life Have I waited this long for an MRI. I took my break from work to come here since it’s right across from RWJUH but I never would I refer anyone here or do this again."

"Rarely do you encounter an overall exceptional experience in a medical appointment. All staff members were welcoming, professional, and caring. They put the patient first by listening to my concerns, explaining what the procedures would be and checking in as to how I was doing all through the process. A big plus for me was, THERE WAS NO WASTED TIME! Next to their professionalism, was the efficiency they demonstrated from registration through saying good-bye."

"My prescription for the chest xray needed more information they had me going back and forth to get the right prescription with the doctor's address. The front girl receptionist told me to call the doctor's office and have them fax over the correct prescription for the chest xray, I called several times and even left messages. This is something a receptionist should have done instead of me doing her job! Finally I went back to where I had an EKG done and spoke to a nice gentleman who helped me and called the doctor's office and asked them to fax over the prescription with their address. All this time this young lady had me doing her job, she could have done it instead of me stressing myself calling and leaving messages for the office nurse to get back to me."

"The technician who performed my ultrasound was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the duration of my visit. She didn’t even greet me when she called me back from the waiting room. She made me feel very uncomfortable. The other staff, however, was great."

"I scheduled an appointment online this morning and was fortunate to find an opening the same day. Dennis, the MRI technician who administered my test, is absolutely top-notch. He made sure I was completely comfortable, asked if I had any questions and did everything he could to ensure the procedure went effortlessly. I've had my fair share of MRIs and I can say he is certainly one of the best out there. He is a valuable asset to University Radiology."
