"My doctor didn’t introduce herself, she belittled me, spoke over me, didn’t listen to any of my concerns, didn’t ask me my diet or if I work out (which I do) and told me I’ll be fine if I eat healthy and start working out. She ignored all my questions and concerns, and told me women have these issues. I know my body and the norm and my symptoms aren’t normal. Her volume was extremely loud, she was shouting all of my private answers so the whole office could hear. I cried out of frustration and she flat out ignored me, ordered a whole bunch of tests (that I already had done 2 weeks ago that I told her twice about) I told her I don’t want unessesary tests and procedures. She left the room and never came back and I had more questions at that point. I fought like hell to advocate for myself and still felt helpless. HOWEVER after having a full blown panic attack at the office, Tiffany walked in comforting me. She sat down, told me to take my time, listen to every detail, every question and every concern I had. She explained in detail as to what tests are necessary and why they are necessary. I wasn’t her patient and she did everything my original doctor should have done. She was very sweet, patient, and none judgment. If you have horrible anxiety when it comes to doctors, ask for TIFFANY. She’s rare and amazing, you will be heard and get answers from her."

"At first I would have given this place five starts as there was a NP that was really listening to me but then after a few procedures they told me they weren't sure what was causing my symptoms. And basically I feel I have been brushed off as nothing is helping my symptoms and the one medicine that made me feel slightly better they cancelled my refills. Without telling me. I called them and they promised to call me within 48 hours. It's been four days. I had to ask another doctor to refill it. I am in great pain again because of this. Nothing is getting better and I feel like they do not care. So it started out great and now because they don't know the answer they just stopped caring."

"Office is so unorganized and unhelpful. I've had to follow up with EVERY single time they send an RX.So frustrating. And they never return phone calls. I am tired of doing their job for them! This has been going on for the 2 years I have been a patient. The incompetence is staggering. I have an appt with a new Dr at Southwoods. Stay away, lest you want to be in tears."

"They discovered that I have a neuroendocrine tumor. They sent me to UH in Cleveland for a test, and the doctor couldn’t find the tumor, so good-bye. I asked to go to the Cleveland Clinic back in April - ball has been dropped. No communication whatsoever. I’ve called them again and I got some crazy story. It’s a malignant tumor! No one cares in the medical field."

"Horrible service! Let's start with my appointment was scheduled for 8am and like most doctors office's you show up 15 minutes before appointment so you can fill out paperwork, so I show up at 8:45 and the doors are locked so I sit down and wait to get into the office. At 8:50 check door still locked at 8:55 still locked at that time a employee comes through another door and I explain what's going on and she proceeds to tell me they don't unlock the doors till 8 but did send someone in to tell them I was out there. Finally 8:04 someone finally opens the door, now by this time I'm very irritated, I go sign in and sit down. She calls me up takes my information and my copay and gives me paperwork to fill out now mind you by the time I do all this it is now 8:15 am, they take me pack to room a few minutes later for me to be asked all the questions I just filled out for them so she can write it on another piece of paper plus they have my records there at that point I finally said enough and walked out. I will never refer anyone to them or go back to them. Very horrible way to run an office. For a side note the girl who took me back to the room had just shown up for work at 8:05."
