"I waited 1 hr & 40 minutes, after checked in & co-pays rendered. The entire waiting room was full with a spill over room for those who were trickling in at 7:45 in the evening. It's clear the business is based on over booking. They even have a notice about delays in service will be mentioned upon check in. I politely asked for my co-pays to be refunded after such an extraordinary wait. They couldn't even perform that request. My advice is avoid this provider as their interest is numbers in the waiting room, not those they can help. Will resume search for qualified provider. Also, Zero stars should be an option. Posted in reviews for provider as well. Read others experience, it's likely you'll regret the visit."
"Went in for a colonoscopy. Not only were the nurses very gteat at making me comfortable but they made calm, relaxed and I felt as if at a spa. The Dr was very good at the procedure I never felt a thing. And when he comes in the room he explains everything so well. I'm so glad I found him and my mother in law referred me. Thank you Dr. Naffah and office."
