"Drove 20 minutes to get a hot and ready. Got there at 9:25 pm. No hot and ready available and said it's too late to take an order. They close at 10:00. I'll never go back."
"Little Caesars isn't exactly fine dining, but you don't go to Little Caesars for fine dining. You go because you want a pizza or something like it, and cheaper than you can get it anywhere else. On my most recent visit, the people were kind and quickly corrected errors caused by the computer with my order. The store was very much clean, at least to my untrained eye."
"I will say the pizza was delicious but the service horrible I called in for my order so I killed some time and went to the store so after I leave the store I go to pick up my order I walked in the young white guy didn't greet me he saw me come in he was in the back he didnt say anything like welcome to Lil Caesars I will be right with you it had to take for his co worker to come in and ask was i waited on she asked for my name and she asked the rude co worker if he knew where my order was he said he didn't know yeah cuss you didn't bother checking you didn't acknowledge me I take this very personal he don't need to be working with the public with that attitude if you don't like your job quit I'm giving you business without customers there is no business I can't stand rude employees like him"
"I recently tried to order a pick up and as usual they never answer the phone i tried calling 4 times. And most of the time my pizzas are either messed up or over cooked. I have never heard of a pizza place that doesnt answer the phone."
