"All of the staff were professional and friendly. The doctor was knowledgeable throughout the entire exam and took the time to go through all my extensive paperwork to fully address my claims. This was one of my better experiences with providers hired through the VA for C&P exams."
"While the staff were friendly enough, the examiner clearly ignored evidence of an existing diagnosis and treatment from a specialist in the disability at question. Her opinion, in disregarding a treating physicians diagnosis, is trash and likely colored by policy rather than medicine. If ever possible, Veterans should demand to be seen by an actual VA doctor, who is not beholden to some pathetic company that likes to write cookie cutter denials."
"Terrible experience with QTC. They were contracted by the VA to handle a C&P exam. The rep assigned to my case contacted me to schedule the appointment with one of their locally contracted medical professionals. The physician was incredibly rude and condescending during her evaluation. Then QTC's rep called me to tell me the physician had put in a referral for me to see another medical professional and requested I see her again afterward. The QTC rep was calling to schedule those two appointments. It was a Friday afternoon and I was occupied so I politely asked it she could call me the following Monday because I was unable to talk at the moment. I did not receive a call. Instead I got a Fedex package on Tuesday with the appointments she had scheduled without returning my call. When I called to ask why she scheduled without returning my call the rep had no answer and just told me when the appointments were. Awful service. I had a much better experience with their competitor Veteran's Evaluation Services."
