"I visited this store September, 2018 with my father (cruise ship stop) He wanted to buy my mother a pair of tanzanite earrings as a surprise gift. The staff was very friendly, etc. After much looking, he purchased a pair of earrings for over $800. She recently took them to a local jeweler to be cleaned. This jeweler told her that these earrings are simply blue shiny glass. Not tanzanite at all. Criminal. Buyer beware."

"I was sold a fake ring by this company in Skagway while on a cruise to Alaska in summer of 2015. As the fake appraisal states, I should have received a 14 karat gold ring with 30 diamonds of SI clarity and H-1 color, yet I received 22 fake diamonds, fake quartz gold and 10 karat gold band. See attached evidence. Waiting for company to reimburse me 2940.00 for fake ring that I bought for my dear mother with one month's teacher's salary. I teach my students to have integrity. These people have zero integrity, are scammers and therefore, need to be shut down! Spread the word!"
