"Unwilling to help with their mistakes. Service manager under qualified. They may not show up for your appointment. I made an appointment for my door at my house to be fixed and they never showed up. Then they would respond when my shop door broke for the third time. It was a bad business from the beginning. My windows were wrong so I had to pay more to get windows fixed. Roger went back on what he said he should be honest instead of telling the customer to shut up. Worst customer service I’ve had. I hope if you read all these bad review that you take it to heart. Stay clear of Ram"

"Ram Overhead Doors was the company my builder used in selecting/installing my garage doors on a new construction home in 2016. During the winter of 2022, I used Ram Overhead Doors to upgrade my garage door openers to a super quiet, wifi enabled, shaft drive garage door opener by LiftMaster. Appoximately six weeks ago I booked a repair job for my two care garage door due to a roommate who backed into it while it closing. They were booked out more than three weeks and only had three technicians who were extremely busy according to the female representative on the phone. One technician actually called me to see how bad the damage was and told me what I needed to do. Due to my schedule which involves international business travel, I booked out six weeks down the road for October 11, 2022. I thought it strange that the company did not call the day before or day of the appointment to confirm so I called them one hour prior to our appointment. The agent who answered the phone could not find me on the schedule and placed me on hold. Several minutes later the owner got on the phone and proceeded to tell me I had never booked an appointment because they do not book six weeks out. The owner went on for several minutes without letting me speak accepting no responsibility or blame for why a technician wasn't headed my way and that I never made an appointment. When I finally got a chance to speak, he cut me off almost immediately which enraged me. I stayed behind and built my travel schedule around this appointment because the door needed to be repaired. The owner hung up on me as soon as he knew I was not going to buy his denial of all responsibility. I called him right back and he hung up again without letting me tell my story once again. This owner and business are abysmal failures in customer service. I highly recommend you steer clear of Ram Overhead Doors and take your business elsewhere. I am sorry I ever spent any money with this company."

"I'm not certain what's happened to Ram Services since I used their services 4-5 years ago. They were great to work with when they replaced my two garage doors and also great on a service call a couple years later. My recent experience has been terrible. Non-responsive to requests for call back or quotes. Once you get the back office person, he is hurried and says he'll get a quote back by the "end of day or the next day" but you get nothing. Just a total lack of customer service. I found another company in Anchorage that sells the doors I need and it has been just the opposite experience. A person willing to talk with you . He turned around a quote the next day and now that company has my business. Its good to have a choice!"
