"2.5 stars. I contacted the office Sunday last week on the hunt for a referral for a specialized therapist. I remembered my previous record with Dr. Forsythe and a previous receptionist, Connie, both of whom offered service that I would liberally recommend to anyone. Dr. Forsythe is energetic and her service was so refreshing and helped me through a really difficult time in my life. I couldn’t see her for the purposes I needed anymore so I sent an email looking for a recommendation at this clinic. I received my first call last Tuesday and first booked with Nassar. Then I received a call back asking if I needed medication assessment. Since my answer was no, I was told he could not be of service to me (a little odd for that to come up after I made my appointment but mistakes happen). I was recommended to book with Stephanie, and to expect a call back. By Thursday I called back for a status update and was told that Stephanie needed more time to review my case. By Friday afternoon I was informed that Shannon does not work in my requested area of specialty. Which is also fine, but now I’m confused as to why this would not have been information I would have received initially. I reaffirm that I am not looking for therapy for my previous specialty, but a separate field, and that I am looking for recommendations—within the office would have been great, but any therapist would also be well-received. They told me, and I quote, “google other providers.” I about lost my mind. But I was willing to hold back my frustration until today, when I got a call to confirm if I wanted to keep my appointment with Nassar. I give 2 stars based on my experience with Dr. Forsythe and Connie, and the speed of the current receptionist to get back to me. It is also based on the lazy response for my request of a recommendation (a name, not a referral!) and how I felt I could have been pointed in a different direction sooner than three therapists later. Tl;Dr quality of service has dropped, I asked for a recommendation and they referred me to Google."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr.Nassar was ok but his receptionists constantly drag their feet with communication, honestly, and accountability and when confronted bull face lie after lie. I still have not received my refund from them for overpayment…I left as a patient in 2021. It’s 2024…Would Not Recommend"

"Dr. Nassar was a terrible experience for me. He never evaluated me. He only went off a diagnosis I didn’t agree with from a Dr. In a foreign country. He started me on medication without an assessment. I told him the pills made me feel terrible and he did little to address that. He charged exorbitant sums of money for a 12 minute zoom call (approximately $370+ for 8-12 minutes). I highly recommend finding a different Dr."

"Finally! Finally, I have found Therapists that want to help. Dr. SPARKS, is absolutely amazing. I connected with her right away. She listened to me. She heard what I was saying and provided productive advice. Dr. Jenna Forsyth is amazing as my psychologist. She hears me and understands what is happening. I couldn't ask for better care. Also, Connie, the person that helps schedule my appointments- Amazing. Very pleased"

"Dr Nassar is great for me at least. I really love his receptionist, I forget her name (sorry). I was recommended by another crazy friend of mine and it has worked out. I was very anxious to find a Dr and happy that Dr R added me to his client list. Life has got better since I first saw him 18 months or so ago. So I say thumbs up. My only negative comment, is whomever painted his building that lime green, needs an "Oh no, you didnt" and a head shake."
