"Tom Lyttle lies! He promised help getting thru The Portal Process and there is no real Portal support. Getting a response to left vmail messages takes weeks for a response from the office staff. Even with calling back a couple of times over a several day time frame. His Office staff is extremely unprofessional! Two Faced even. Do Not Waste your Time Going here!,,"
"A few years ago I was running late for my appointment with Tom because that day we were hit with a major snow storm. Not only do I live down KGB but because of terrible conditions, I ended up in the ditch at the end of my driveway with two kids. I immediately called up the office an hour before my appointment to let the secretary know what just happened to me and I'm doing everything I can to shovel myself out and be there on time. I'm never late. Long story short, I arrived 5 Minutes late and she cancelled my appointment anyways (without a care or concern)because "I was late." She had this conversation with me in the lobby while Mr. Lytle just stood there and didn't say anything. I was tired, disheartened and shocked. To top it off, I received a $126 bill from them for a "No Show" for my appointment that day. Unbelievable..."

I like his no nonsense attitude. It allows me to trust his recommendations for treatment.
