"I have been a client here for over 5 years and I will not be going back. I dropped my taxes off at the end of March. They filed an extension because they would not be processed by the mid-April deadline which is fine. However, they called about 2 weeks before the extension deadline in October and informed us that we owed a pretty substantial amount of money. I also called to check in multiple times throughout the months only to be told they were "still working on it.""
