"The new manager is unprofessional and rude. She needs to be replaced."
"Very rude unprofessional. They never fix anything in the units. The staff including mattience are unprofessional . It has been my worse nightmare living here. If you go above the mangers head they will not respond and are just as unprofessional. They will try and enter your unit when you are not there without a 24 hour notice. I would suggest a lawsuit be filed against VOA. Anybody who has lived at trailside in the last 2 years and has had a bad experience I suggest you call Alaska legal services and complain and then file a complaint with government. No human should go through what I and many others have."
"The facilities look nice, but I'll never know as I was denied the opportunity to even look until I revealed my financial information, which they would not tell me what the limitations were either way. The office person was extremely rude and unhelpful, has no understanding of what a self-employed person might look like on a tax return, even told me "that's how we do it, have a nice day" and dismissed me. I have never felt to unwelcome anywhere in Alaska. Boo."
