"This is a great family oriented trailer court. Lots of great neighbors. Close to schools and the post office. It's disheartening that Northway Mall has closed down. When it was open shopping was a breeze. Now the closest grocery store's Costco and Red Apple, which is an ethnic grocery store."
"The property manager is worthless. Four years, I’ve been trying to get a tree cut back that extends from the empty lot next door to over the roof of my trailer. 4 summers in a row now he’s told me he will get it taken care of and nothing but excuses. He made an accounting error and put an eviction notice on my door. Who does that? Not even an apology. Good thing I had receipts."
