"This place has a plenty of room big enough kitchen for at least 2 in one studio has plenty of closet room ☺ as well. Calm neighbors and neighborhood, it may have its special moments but its an old building and they fixed it when they could. Sometimes neighbors can be noisy but thats normal even in a regual house. The leasing office staff are very friendly and understanding. The one bedroom apartment is also spacious and has plenty of cabinet space."
"Move in was smooth, but I had to thoroughly clean the kitchen and bathroom before unpacking. It looks clean at first glance but once you try wipe down the cabinets with a rag, it becomes obvious that the previous tenants or management didn't thoroughly clean."
"I stayed here in 1993. That year Mt. Spur erupted sending ash into Anchorage. It turned day into night. Later that night a car pulled up and shot holes through the side of the apartment below me. I've lived in tons of citys since this including Las Vegas and never seen this !! Steer clear of this place its super ghetto!! As in not a safe for you or your family. The management didn't seen to think people shooting through walls was was a problem."

"I wish everyone knows, Rancho Tudor it s an amazing place and so well located and the price is great. Neighbors are just a like family and watching for each others. No Homeless people walking around and peaceful nights I have there now. What a amazing place. Thank you for the Office workers because they are 110% on point and super friendly and professionals. Big thank you."
