"They are letting this place go down the hill... never answer the phones specially trying to reach the manager at this place . Streets are not clean as they used to be, maintenance calls you pretty much have to beg in order to repair anything for a few weeks or even months like I did ."
"The new mountain view of Anchorage! There was a shootout here on on december 20th, 2017. There's even videos of the shooting and the man getting killed right in the middle of the neighborhood, just look up charles mcbride loussac place and see for yourself. CIHA needs to do a way better job on background checks for these units, putting my family and other families in danger by letting a man like that live here."
