"TRUST ME, you do not want to live here. The most unsafe living situation. The doors don’t close all the way, so every morning when I take my dog out we pass homeless people in the stairwell, this morning the person was naked! Everyone in the building gives the outdoor code to food delivery people and now anyone can just get into the building and steal our mail packages and sleep in our hallways and stairwells. Also, the building’s fire alarms, that ring so loudly in each apartment that you can’t even think straight, goes off randomly at least once a week. It is jarring, and all the residents end up standing outside or in our cars for 10-60 minutes waiting for the fire department to come and turn it off and check the building for an actual fire. It smells WEIRD inside (different smells), it’s dirty, there are leaks and floods, the water will randomly get shut off, and it’s dirty in the building at all times. I cannot wait for my lease to be up."

"Absolutely worst apartment I have ever lived in. It’s so poorly managed they do not care about the tenants. They will ignore you over and over again. I can’t wait until I can get out of here. I was told verbally over and over that they would help me get out because the neighbor above me harasses people and has made me incredibly uncomfortable, and rather than following up with email like I asked, I’m just ignored. They go out of their way to not put things in writing. And that’s just one of the many issues I’ve had. Avoid this place and red tail residential if you can. If you look them up on BBB the ratings are abysmal. DO NOT LIVE HERE!"
"Their website seemed to have some problems with the Auto-Pay. Seemed to have fixed that. Should be good to go."
"It’s a security building but the intercom no longer works. The manager (Daryl) has stated when asked about it said that he couldn’t find out who to call so it can be fixed. A simple google search will give you the number for customer service and for tech support. When asked how visitors are supposed to let a resident that they are here he said that they call just call. Took 4 months to get repairs to a leaking sink. But on the plus side rent is going up."
