"Absolute slum. Common spaces are filthy and had to dodge a leaking pipe coming out of my place for months before moving. Constantly battling german roaches coming in from the hallway. Mice coming in from where pipes meet walls (5 in one week). The northern lot had cars broken into on the regular, smashed windows, burnt up kias, etc.. Dumpster constantly full and fire escapes unshoveled. Have never had to deal with these issues prior to moving or after moving from Susitna. Renters beware."

"This place is utter trash. I mean genuinely repulsive and disgraceful. In the year I have lived here I have found a handful of syringes and used condoms laying around both inside the building and the parking lot. There have been vehicles broken into and stolen out of the parking lot. There have been homeless people camped out in the building sleeping in the stairwells. I have seen human feces and used feminine hygiene products left ON THE FLOOR IN THE HALLWAY. I have submitted maintenance requests for a leak in the hallway outside my apartment that nothing has been done about for over 4 months now. The “gym” is just two treadmills, a bike, and a small handful of mismatched dumbbells of different weights. The laundry room regularly has an inch of dirty water on the floor and half of the machines are out of order. There is only one dumpster per building and it’s almost always overflowing, but the office just sends out emails threatening to fine residents for leaving trash beside it instead of paying for another dumpster which is clearly what we need. However, they don’t enforce community rules regarding parking or even smoking in the building. Just avoid this property AT ALL COSTS it is an absolute dump. Worst place I have ever lived, no competition. And no competency to be found among the staff either. For what it costs to live here, Weidner is robbing us all blind."

"The staff was kind, however, they took almost all of my security deposit on VERY ridiculous cleaning charges that added up to $675. Take pictures before you move out to back yourself up. What is most mind boggling is how dirty the carpet was when I moved in and supposedly, it had been shampooed. I had to vacuum everything and spray a lot of Febreze to get rid of the hair/smell. Just seems like a typical greedy apartment complex."

"What started as an excellent moving and living situation is slowly beginning to deteriorate. I originally gave 4/5 stars in Jan 2023 because the old leasing team was very friendly, responsive, available, and even gave me a gift card my first week when my shower leaked down into their leasing office and I couldn’t use it. Now, in the corporate Weidner wisdom they have put in place a mediocre office staff that is never there. Leasing office hours must be scheduled, and they are inflexible with their phone call communication, loving to play phone tag. The “maintenance team” is great with simple in unit tickets, but is very limited in their scope, every, and funding for any grounds keeping: Water damage that literally streams down the wall, soaks the floor, and causes black mold in the hallway is never noticed and corrected after nearly a week of increasing damage and streaming. Parking lot vehicle plugins that have not worked for months and I reported months ago do not appear to be on track for being fixed by this winter. Worst of all, vomit in the building’s only stairwell from a Friday night that I reported on Saturday was left until Monday."

"Personally I’m not a fan of these apartments the elevator is always broken and they steal your clothes out of the dryer. The units aren’t as clean as they should be and some appliances barley work they need to be updated seriously Oh and there is no A/C so be prepared. However the maintenance is pretty good with responding"
