"I’ve been a tenant of RPM for about 2 years now and they have taken care of me in every single aspect. The quality of my rental is top tier but things will inevitably break. what matters is getting those things fixed in a timely manner. They make sure they have a fix or attention on the problem within 24 hours. Things happen and the economy is not very nice to me so I’ve been late on payments and when I pay when I promise this cut me some slack and don’t apply tons of late fees to my account. I can text them, email, fax, and call and they are very receptive. I love these people and I’d recommend them to many more❤️"

Daniel was quick to answer any questions and was straight to the point, all while being friendly and understanding. To add on, he provided a clean and swift experience. "Rented through rpm for 3 years with no issues. Up until it came time to move out. This was a newly remodeled house. The owners (whom I was friends with) added on a very large deck, Which I helped build. A relatively nice duplex that I enjoyed renting. The owners would not allow animals, So we decided it was time to move. We were aware they had to hire a professional cleaning company to clean at our cost which wasn’t a problem at all. Aware of this upcoming cost, we decided to do a very thorough cleaning as to ease the financial burden that the cleaning company would charge. We took videos and photos of everything. Spent 2 days wiping walls, floors, windows. Behind, under and inside of all appliances, cabinets, light fixtures. Everything was practically move in ready. A week goes by and we get a bill for the cleaning company. They were asking over 500$ for the move out cleaning. I expected the bill to be around 2-300 considering all the cleaning we had done already. The cleaning company told us it had taken 4 individuals 4 hours of cleaning. There was literally nothing they had left to clean. After going back and forth with rpm and the cleaning company they hired and providing proof, a representative of rpm told us they would take care of it and not to worry about it. Mind you, they still had our security deposit. Even removed the cost for an electrical outlet that had burned out and a thermostat that I couldn’t find in town to replace with the same kind. We received our security deposit with the repair costs taken out and thought we were all done and everything was good. A year goes by and I get a call from a collection agency saying that we owe them from a debt they purchased from a rental management agency. After contacting rpm, of course they had replaced the individual we were working with and had no records of our conversations. Naturally the pics and photos had been deleted from our phones and the couple emails we could find with videos and pics expire after a certain amount of time. So now I am dealing with a collection on my credit for something they said they would take care of or could have taken out of our deposit when they had it."

"Moving in wasn’t a issue. Our stay wasn’t a issue. Moving out has been a different story. Not only are they keeping our entire deposit they are asking for 800 plus dollars for a window we did not break. That was broken when we moved in and the entire time we were there. The cleaning fees and etc are so expensive. Its insane. We have never had a company charge us for so much and at such high cost. We fill so robbed. So confused. Cant get any real answers on the charges. When did Security deposits start covering move out cleanings. We have never been charged a move out cleaning fee. Why was that 800? Especially when the home was deep cleaned before leaving. Make sure you read your contract. This company has a different system. We took great care of the property. They never had any issues from us. Sadly we did not get anything back from the 1000 plus we gave in our deposit. Rip off"
