"I was blown away when I recently toured these apartments. Having lived in this area, I know the neighborhood well. The design of the building makes the most of a spectacular location. The apartments are beautifully appointed. The heated garage with storage was a fantastic surprise and the rooftop terrace is to-die-for. I have yet to find apartment or condo living in Anchorage that compares."
"I do not live there, but I see it everyday. I am glad that they used an architect it shows. It is a well designed building with indoor parking and an elevator. Views of Cook Inlet and beyond. I also liked how there is now a sidewalk on the north side of W 9th between P and R streets. The ravens seem to approve as well. Lots of activity from them on the rooftop. There is also a rooftop garden for those summer days."
