"The staff is friendly. It's a small convenience store attached to a McDonald's, so they don't have a large selection of things."

"Loyalty Rewards Required? I'm not opposed to businesses requiring a membership card or Loyalty Rewards to buy their gasoline; however, I think signs should be posted warning customers. For example "Loyalty Card Holders Only" would be a good sign and it should be visible at the pump and also on the business street sign. Friday morning I tried two credit cards; following each swipe I get a screen that reads "Invalid Loyalty Number". I wasn't given the opportunity to cancel the Loyalty Reward number in this process, but clearly a Loyalty Reward Number was required. This is a great example of business lost due to poor design. I hope Chevron improves the visibility of their requirements and make the Loyalty Reward requirement cancelled if not scanned prior to credit card swipe. "I was in the store shopping today and received the best customer service from Anna and Sofia! The two ladies were very friendly and I felt welcome shopping there! I normally would shop later in the day but will probably go earlier to receive the good service."

"The gas pump worked but the night manager does not, the rudeness and bad attitude I felt very upset with such rude behavior I am not being untruthful this person for no reason maybe ego, I needed help click the call button to ask for help at the pump after waiting no one came out, I went inside and said I had waited for them to come out and help 5 min I waited then I went inside, and informed her I did not understand 3 workers on duty 2 standing behind the desk contour and your setting behind the contour why it was no one came out, I did not say this in no way being rude what so ever and she walked behind form the contour and starts screaming get out of my store, leave, leave, I made no attempt to engage such foolish childish behavior I kept my mouth shut turned around and walked out the store back to my car, I was just asking what I observed and only wanted to get a receipt because the machine outside was not working, If I did something wrong then tell me how I was wrong in asking for help? As of now I will not return where one feels abused with such anger and threatened verbally from a gas station worker/night manager, I think Chevron is a good place this has never happen ever before, I'm a card carrying member its just sad to be treated so wrong form a person who is being paid to have good customer service skills and a cool mindset and this treatment was from a manager with Her 2 team members seeing this as an example, that this is ok way to treat customers"
