"From the moment we walked into the lobby to the moment we left, we experienced nothing but the kindest, most professional staff. Our room was comfortable and quiet with all the expected amenities. Staff always made sure my kiddo had a snack. Unfortunately, the pool was undergoing maintenance during our stay, but staff was very clearly trying to get it functional as soon as possible. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options for about any diet preferences/needs. We will absolutely stay here again!"

"This is my second stay here and it’s always a pleasure. Yes! They’re currently doing construction but it didn’t bother us at all. They have lemon/lime flavored water in the front by check-in, along with complementary, hot cocoa and coffee. Breakfast has your usual, waffles, sausage, eggs, and to go items. This particular location serves biscuits and gravy which I love! The staff is kind, and the maintenance/ janitorial team are always working to keep the place clean. The gym was sufficient for my needs and the kids loved the indoor pool. Rooms are clean! The only hiccup this visit was the bathtub drained slowly which made it a bit difficult for several people to get ready for the day on time. PLEASE NOTE: On the website it specifically tells you they DO NOT accommodate guests who reside in AK. If your license has an AK address they will not allow you to check in. This doesn’t pertain to me but I have seen a couple low star reviews for this hotel based solely off this rule. If it wasn’t stated blatantly on the website upon booking which IT IS, then I too, would leave 1 star but when I booked I saw it CLEAR AS DAY BEFORE hitting the confirmation button."

"Housekeepers and front desk are both very helpful with any questions or upkeep. They have a continental breakfast each morning from 6-9:30 with Great food. i can say the waffles and bacon are amazing! (but they have a lot of other options too)."

"Interior remodeling taking place right now, but even though you can tell (baseboard trim off as they just painted the hallway walls) it is still very clean and the rooms spacious and clean. Airport shuttle is extremely convenient for those early early morning flights. It runs scheduled times rather than having to call for it and not knowing how long your wait will be. Will definitely be staying again."

"It was fine. Kind workers. Very dated building but pretty clean. The pool area really needs a facelift and they are pretty strict and are watching you on surveillance. No hot tub. The room is just so tired and old. It wasn’t dirty but just looked so dingy. There were some hairs on the bedding but I’m sure the sheets were clean. Breakfast was fine. The area was kept clean and tidy. It was a very typical continental breakfast. Eggs and sausage, biscuits/gravy, cereal, oatmeal yogurt, fruit, waffles and a few bread items. Kids were happy. It’s not glamorous, it’s a budget friendly option. It was fine."
