"I had a very similar experience with the front desk receptionist. She was very rude and snappy. I was about to lose my cool as I wasn’t having a ball being there either with my son, but she definitely made me feel unwelcome and only changed her tune and started being nice saying thank you when I handed the paperwork back to her. I think by then she knew I was not happy. I wanted to tell the doctor but figured I would just leave a review. The doctor and his assistant were great. But I WILL NOT go back there again because of HER! She will ruin that buisness. She is an older gal with short blondish hair with glasses. Very rude!"

"Do not recommend at all!!! Brought in my 4 year old who was fevering for 7 days straight, and was crying of ear pain. The doc looked in his ear maybe 2 seconds didn't even put the otoscope all the way in. He said he just had a bad cold. A day later my poor kid couldn't sit still he was in so much pain from his ear. Brought him to a different doc and he had a double ear infection and one was so bad it was had burst."

"Wife called several times 15 min before they close as she brought our 2 year old daughter in because she was peeing blood. We getting there the doors were locked, still before closing. Lady let a man in to get his wife’s purse and rudly ask who she was and if she called. Wife responded yes and said she was gonna call her back to say they were closed (obviously waiting until after they were actually closed). Just lazy uncompassionate person who didn’t want to work. Exspected from a fast food restaurant where teens work, but not somewhere they are supposed to be there to help people."

"This is not a reflection on the Dr or his medical assistant as they were both great. Their front desk staff this morning though needs and attitude adjustment. Very abrasive. We came in today (11/18/23) for my husband as he’s been dealing with a sinus infection that has gotten worse. She was short, snippy and quite snappy when communicating with us. I spelled the last name and she made a face and snapped “WHAT?” Was rude every time she spoke. As someone who works in a similar capacity in the same field I would not be impressed if my staff interacted this way with patients. We get it Saturday shifts suck but patients don’t want to come in on a Saturday morning either. If they’re in your office they’re probably aren’t having a good day and deserve some compassion as you would expect if the roles were reversed. Again the Dr and his assistant were wonderful but the front desk is the face. They are the first and last impression for patients and therefore should exemplify excellence."

"I showed up with severe pain In my side, fevers, and vomiting, which I thought could have been appendicitis. Move-for-move this is how they "helped" The doc looked in my ear, gave me a test for the common cold and covid (both negative) and then told me to "go home and take it easy. Take ibuprofen, and wait it out." I had a SEVERE kidney infection and if I had taken his advice for two more days, the REAL DOCTORS at the ER, said I would have died. I spent several extra days in the Hospital because I "ignored the infection" - just like the capstone clinic Quack told me to. Beware of this clinic. The one star on this review goes the front desk ladies, because at least they know how to do the job they were hired for."
