"My whole family has been seeing Sandra Spencer as our PCM for a year and a half. Sandra has always been willing to spend extra time with each one of us to make sure that our concerns have been addressed. Sandra is excellent as a medical professional. In April I was hours from a ruptured appendix when Sandra caught the issue and referred me to ER. My pain was not extreme, and I wasn't a classic case of appendicitis, but she caught it anyway! Her medical expertise saved me from weeks of hospitalization. The new front office staff have been excellent, and my recent referrals have been handled as efficiently as possible considering the slow turnaround times with TriCare. I feel that this office has done an excellent job managing patient flow during COVID. Sandra also has the best medical assistant I have seen! Overall, I highly recommend this practice and Sandra is one of the best PCMs that we've had in all our years with TriCare."

"Its a nice facility and lots of big space. Sandra herself was really nice and listened to everything i said when i had my appointment.My mental health was also shown that it was really important to her and that's really great! Most doctors don't always make that a priority and just want you out. But my husband was there and he also felt like sandra cared. But the issue here is the front desk/billing/office managers. If you are a military member/tri-care beneficiary I would highly avoid this place till they get re educated in the tricare system and learn how to work the tricare system correctly. It took me 6 times to get a referral fixed and still isn't fixed after 6 times and even physically walking in myself and telling them this is what i need and this is what tricare told me to have you do so we can avoid this problem. The front desk is rude and after the 3rd time of messing up yes you are going to get attitude because its now taking you even more time to fix something you should've already done correctly the 1st time maybe the 2nd. Im thankfully now changing for them to not be my PCM and if you are interested in going to them and needing to get referrals to speciality Drs they just are not educated in doing them correctly at this point in time and will be a extremely stressful time dealing with them. Its not worth the trouble or the stress especially if you are pregnant. Please be respectful and understanding of clients of your who come in who are pregnant and are high risk. And are already stressing out about referrals not being done correctly for weeks and now bills are coming in. Its not okay to talk to people like that when they have given you many chances to correct an issue and you have a new excuse every time."

"Sandra Spencer is the best doctor I have ever been to. So willing to listen to your issues and concerns. Your not just another patient, your a person. I have a very rare nerve disorder and have seen specialist, neurologists,neurosurgeons, etc all over Alaska and the lower 48 states. She is by far the best doctor I've had take care of me. She not only takes care of my illness but also my family medical needs. She not only does prescriptions, as needed, but also my vitamin needs. If you need a doctor for any reason, see her. You will find the best listener, kindest, friendliest doctor you have every been to. You like us will change doctors immediately and she will be your family doctor too."
