"The nurse practitioner did not take my concerns seriously. She just kept apologizing; stating she couldn't help me; will refer me elsewhere. It was very disheartening. I will be reporting this encounter to her superiors and follow up with my insurance company to verify whay they billed for the visit. Providence used to have kind professionals and was my first choice for urgent care needs, but the quality of care has declined significantly."

"I had recommended a family member to go to this urgent care for his healthcare. Upon being brought to the exam room, instead of addressing his needs, he felt that he was being interrogated by the FNP as to why he didn't go to a hospital that serves a specific demographic. He told her that he had private insurance and decided to go elsewhere. After the questioning she then proceeds to take his BP and it was elevated. She asked why it was high and make insinuations on what could've caused it. We feel that she spent more time sharing opinions and less on the actual reason for the visit."

"Took my fiancé here for flu symptoms right when they opened. The nurse that checked us in and took vitals seemed really frazzled and kept talking about the air conditioning. We were helped quickly, but the nurse practitioner had a dismissive and un-empathic demeanor. The test came back positive for the flu and she immediately came in and started speaking in medical terms that no person especially a sick person would understand. She did provide very thorough discharge instructions, but the in the moment care was less than desired."

"Pennie H Schuh, FNP, was the best provider I’ve ever had. Second to none! She showed me so much kindness, empathy, and genuine concern. Pennie H Schuh went above and beyond, exceeded all of my expectations, and delivered excellent healthcare in a very timely manner. Pennie H Schuh is the epitome of the definition of “trusted healthcare.” In my opinion, Pennie H Schuh also truly defined the ideal of what a practitioner should hope to dream to aspire to be! My husband even told me after she left, “Wow…..I really think she’s the best provider I’ve ever met. She was so cool and really cares about her patients.” My five stars goes towards the clinic, but the heart that made that place beat was definitely Pennie H Schuh!"

"Do not waste your time. I drove all the way over there to see that they were locked and closed, in the middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday! Their door says open 7 days a week, 7am-7pm. I am reporting them for false hours, especially as an urgent medical facility. The point of urgent care is walk in appointments."
