"The care I received from Dr. Lam was excellent. First, it was very prompt. I called with a very painful heel and he treated me the next day. Second, he took an entire hour to explain why my feet were hurting and how to treat them. His manner is very gentle and sweet. Third, his advice and treatment were effective: he provided me instant relief from my pain."

"I visited Dr Lam at his Southeast Foot and Ankle center (sefac) office over the years. We have a very good understanding on managing my diabetes. Over the last weekend, I visited my family in Ketchikan and end up hurting my foot (ankle). I called Dr Lam and was lucky enough to see him at his Ketchikan office. I could not thank enough for your professional, caring, attentive to my situation and helpful in fixing me up. I am so lucky to have you to rely on. Thank you Dr Lam"

"My daughter was complaining about her ankle is hurting. I called Dr Lam for advise. Dr Lam not only be able to let us coming in on last minute notice and also answer our questions, diagnose her condition AND follow up the next day to make sure she’s getting better and well rest her foot. Thank you for taking care of our family."

"Don't attempt to get care from these very rude and unprofessional people who turn away Medicaid patients unless you are a baby. A potential patient comes to you with a valid and legitimate concern and you say NO and hang up on me."
