"We were shopping around for the right instructor, style of Karate, & dojo environment. This was it. The instructor and assistants teach self confidence, self defense, and team work. Young ones will easily be kept engaged with this course. There's add on options like sparring. Kicks and punches are taught, and I love that its slightly more formal than Judo but not so rigid that white belts feel out of place & unwelcomed."
