"I Worked at this hospital for three years. I was underpaid and was surrounded by unethical behaviors. There is no repercussion for a hostile work environment there. There was no assistance though I reached out for help to the HR many times. One male nurse I worked with was as asked by the CRNA restart an IV that was infiltrated. He argued and refused to restart it. He was very aggressive pushed tables around threw tantrums and swore. Another time same nurse was asked to wash his hands after touching a patient. He refused. Two nurses slandered many of the other coworkers and refused to take the majority of my patients from PACU. Their response was I took the job they wanted. It was so Unprofessional that I quit."
