"I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by this child support agency. Despite having three children with their father, they chose to close my case while keeping another mother's case open with just one child, even going so far as to request closure through my state for approval. Their actions are petty and reflect a lack of concern for the well-being of the children involved. Their behavior has not only hurt me but has drastically impacted my children by failing to hold the other parent financially responsible. This agency should be ashamed of neglecting their responsibilities and should seriously reconsider their career & life choices."

I don't call and bug them about support but I get the cold shoulder and treated like a criminal every time I do call. They treat men much worse than the women."
