"It never fails that at the most inopportune time, a crisis hits which leaves an indelible mark on your stress level and bank account. Discovering a significant drop in water pressure to my home in the dead of winter, Sullivan came to the rescue and provided excellent customer service and worked methodically to resolve my wells issues. Replacing the pump and all associated parts quickly while keeping me apprised of the issues during the process was beyond excellent customer service. However, when questioned about the need for replacement equipment, the owner Cole, went above and beyond to ease my fears by retesting my original pump in the most professional manner I’ve ever seen. "I didn't have any running water at my home and originally called a plumber but they referred me to Sullivan Water Wells, and said they wouldn't charge for the service call. Very wrong! I was charged $220 just for them to come out and tell me that most likely I had a frozen pipe. No work was done. That's the same amount I paid to actually have the pipe unfrozen by another company. That's insane!"
