"Came in for my first time 23FEB. The place was pretty dirty. Tried to use washer #8 and it ended up eating $4.75 (23 quarters). I called Charlie, whose number was posted in case of issues and left a message requesting a refund. He never called back. Won't be coming back."

"This is an awesome laundromat. One of the machines didn't work and it took 15 quarters. Charles gave a full refund. Then some dryers didn't work and he fully refused us all 12 bucks we spent. Small problem fixed and great servuce."
"Every time I go here I have issues. Change machine is turned off after 3 pm. Some people do have to work during the day and need their work uniforms and cannot get there before 3 pm. Whoever is on duty hads been rude to me every time I've encountered him. Have had issues with machines taking money or not working and there's a number you're supposed to call if you need assistance but no one answers or returns your call. When you ask for a refund due to the machines not working the person there gets rude. Go elsewhere if you can."
