"I don’t understand the complaints I’ve read. This place is very clean and staff is very friendly. Prices are what they should be with costs going up everywhere! I use this laundromat all the time. Clothes clean and always dry very quick. I’ll do 3 loads most times I go in and I’m in and out in a hour. Don’t overload machines or dryers and you’ll have a pleasant experience too! Too many people bringing in months of laundry that’s piled up and expecting to be done fast by overloading washers and dryers."

"Just called to get an estimate on dry cleaning. Could hardly understand the person who answered (it felt like I was waking him up), then was laughed at when asked for an estimate. Will certainly not get my business"

"I regret doing my laundry at this place. I put my clothes to dry, it takes more than 50 minutes to dry. I found that the machine don’t work properly. There was no sign to let customers know the dryer is out of order. I looked in the office for the worker and the worker was outside smoking. I explained to the little Asian boy what happen, his answer was “it is not my problem I can’t control each machine and make sure if they work or not”. I went back to switch my clothes to another machine to finish my laundry and left. I don’t recommend this place at all. I think that laundry place just takes your money, by the way the prices are ridiculous to wash clothes $3.00 for just 20 minutes for quick wash. There is no way to wash the clothes in more time. I think it is ridiculous for the price for quick wash."

"I have been doing laundry, as of late, at Jewel Lake Dry Cleaners. I am a single mother of a very charismatic daughter who has Cerebral Palsy. She is very social and a toddler to boot, so keeping her in check is hard. Today she was lingering curiously around the manager and his son by the change machine and I was very SHARPLY asked by the managers son to get my daughter because they were trying to work. His father corrected him in their language straight away but his harsh tone already broke my heart. I sat crying for 10 minutes or so because I always want my daughter to live in happiness and encourage her curiosity. I have never felt so unwelcome with my daughter in my life. Problem #1. #2 another day, I felt like someone was watching me. Low and behold, the manager was crouching down on top the washers staring at my daughter and I, crouching like a tiger ready to prance. Creepy. #3 One of the very first times I went there, the owners son asked me to park my stroller in the hallway because he said he just cleaned the floor and didn't want it to get dirty. To compromise I asked if I could park it on the rug inside the laundromat because I didn't want anyone to take it. They have lost a customer that has at least 3 loads of laundry a week. My thumbs are way down and don't recommend them to anyone who has children because they don't have any patience with children and toddlers with a handicap are no exception."

"Clean and convenient. Reasonably priced. Machines in good working condition. Great hours! Feels safe - restaurants and the most awesome ACE Hardware store in the same complex."
