"Peak has a group of really knowledgeable people to help you out, from product information to recommendations and design. I’ve been working with Peak for a few years and have experienced excellent service and communication as have our clients. If people haven’t noticed, there are labor shortages, increased overhead costs, unprecedented delays in manufacturing and yet an increase in consumer demand, and that combination creates a stressful and longer than normal process for everyone. Have some patience and show some understanding and kindness and I’m sure you’ll have an improved customer service experience!"

"Peak glass installed our home’s windows 20 years ago at initial construction. When two of the windows failed, we called Peak to have the failed glass replaced. It took them four visits and nine months to get the job done. Peak miss measured the windows on two occasions, ordered the glass incorrectly and added a tremendous amount of time to get the job completed. When I confronted management about this and asked for some relief on what I would pay them, I was told that if they reduced the price, they would not make any money. I never received any satisfaction from very poor service."

"I am so disappointed in the service I received from Peak Glass that I feel compelled to leave a review. Nearly three months ago, I ordered a door through Peak Glass. They received my purchase agreement and cashed my check but never ordered the door. I have been waiting and waiting with no word. It wasn't until after a number of calls on my part that they responded without explanation or apology for dropping the ball. Now snow has already fallen and the warm summer months when I wanted to install this door has passed. Arg. This is the last time they will get my business."

"Terrible customer service. I've spent upward to $30,000 on windows at Peak Glass. They do not follow up on emails and phone calls in a timely manner. They do not communicate to their customers. We had our contractor install all of the new windows we'd ordered from Peak Glass in our condo. When a window would not close and lock, it was determined that it was defective from the factory. Peak sent out a technician to fix it so it would open and close properly. To my surprise, Peak sent me an invoice for $180 for their technician to service the window. I have sent them an email and they have not responded. I would not recommend purchasing windows from Peak Glass. If you have to go to Idaho Falls, do it. Not worth the poor customer service from the local glass company."

"Peak Glass replaced four of our windows and our back door. The quality of the windows and door are very good and we love the color. The installation was prompt and I’ve already noticed a HUGE difference in our electric bill this winter."
