"I received awesome service at the Ashton Medical Clinic! The receptionist and nurse were both kind and helpful, and Dr. Tina Scoggins was one of the most thorough, honest doctors I have been to. She spent time with me learning about my medical history, understanding current symptoms, and explaining in detail what she thought my illness was and why. She even went through past medications other doctors have given me for the same illness and told me why she didn’t recommend it. She digs deep to try to find root cause issues instead of just treating symptoms. It is rare to have a doctor sit with you longer than 5 min and really focus on your health. It’s clear she is passionate about helping people. I highly recommend her and will definitely go to her again!"

"Highly recommend!!! I had a pretty good head wound, and they took care of it and made sure I understood the possible implications from the injury. Kristin was great. She was the nurse or assistant and got my vitals taken quickly and started taking care of the wound. Dr. Scoggins quickly responded when Kristin had a question for her and came right in and helped finish cleaning the wound. They were both super personable and helpful as they answered my questions and tended to the wound. After some other testing, they stayed well over an hour past their closing hours to make sure I had the information I needed. When I went back to get the staples removed, they again were fantastic and answered my questions. Dr. Scoggins even made sure I didn't have to pay for the follow-up visit as it was within 10 days for the same injury. Everything seems to be healing great. I don't want more injuries but would be happy to have them tend to them if any come along again while up near Ashton."

"While riding snowmobiles in island park i lacerated my finger and knew stitches were needed. I called at 4 and the Dr was very nice and said to come in and they would take care of me. They did just that! Dr Scoggins and Hailey were extremely friendly and offered great care! Thank you Ashton Medical!"

"Traveling from out of state. Went into the office at 4:00 on the off chance that I could be seen. They took me right away. I was very happy with the treatment I received. Way better than the visit I had to my local Urgent Care in Arizona the week prior. If I lived in Ashton I would make this office my primary care."

"extremely disappointed with this clinic. Last fall our 1 year old daughter had a fall and needed to see a physician. We were staying in Island Park on vacation. We called their Island Park Clinic and asked if they "accepted Blue Cross of Idaho for insurance" they stated that they did, so we made an appointment to go. When we were done we paid our co pay thinking everything was taken care of. 3 months later we get an EOB from our insurance stating that our visit was an out of network visit and we needed to pay the full amount because the amount was billed towards our out of network deductible. I called the office stating what had happened and she said at the time the doctor was trying to get credentialed through several insurance companies and that it was posted in two places in their clinic of such and that they could not guarantee the amount that insurance would cover. I did not see either of these signs or was my attention directed to this by any employee. (how many things are typically posted on the walls at doctors offices and do you read them?) When I told the person on the phone that when I had called I asked if they accepted Blue cross of Idaho. She said that they do accept any insurance (meaning they will bill) that doesn't mean that they may or may not be in-network. She said if I had asked if they were in Network then I would have been told that it was unknown at the time. Granted, I understand that I was not specific enough with the clinic when I originally called so ultimately I take responsibility and will pay my bill, but I feel that they clinic did not take responsibility for not being more forth coming with information and not being willing to work with me and being willing to reduce the amount owed. In the future we will not see a physician at any of the clinics run by this group."
