"Was in the er there on 03/01 while visiting my grandparents.. Doctor was really nice. However trying to get a copy of the medical records has been a nightmare. It's a week later and even after calling daily, I still don't have the doctor report, the CT report or anything more then the note they wrote to excuse me from work. I have a follow up appointment with my neurologist here in utah tomorrow and have NOTHING to show them, which can not only cause a delay in my care. It's also interfering with my FMLA paperwork for my job. Not cool."
"Personal experience: One of the RN's was amazing! The rest of the PA's MA's seemed like they were trying to sound smart telling us things that's supposed to "scare" us into more treatment ect... I felt more like ganged up than them wanting to help. It's pretty sad actually... I was pressured to stay at the ER (really pressured) now we get a $1,100 bill for 1 hour there when he didn't even "have" to be there! Not ok..."
"Came in last Sunday after injuring my toe at Bear Lake. I was taken care of quickly and felt like I mattered as a patient. Jennifer Felter was who I saw, and she was amazing!!! Talked through and explained everything going on, and gave me options along the way. Made sure I felt safe and comfortable. She was exactly the kind of doctor that I needed. The nurse was great too. I was out in less than 3 hours, which I felt like a shorter amount of time compared to some of the other experiences I’ve had taking my children into other ER. Thank you for being so awesome!!!"
"We had really excellent care in the ER on Thanksgiving Day 2020. We had been involved in a 4-wheeler accident and went to Bear Lake Memorial for evaluation. The ER provider on that day was amazing! Her name is Jennifer Felter. She was not only very competent and thorough, but kind and caring. A nurse named Andrea was caring and attentive. Paul Crane from the radiology department was also very good. We felt like we got excellent care from the minute we stepped into the ER, to the moment we left, with very detailed discharge instructions. Thank you to all!"
