"My haircut experience was nice and Chelsea was friendly, but my haircut was terrible. She claimed she had taken “deva curl” classes, but then pulled out hair clippers (meant for clipping very short hair) and started trying to trim my hair with them the whole time? The effort put into a decent haircut was minimal, and her technique for cutting curly hair was incredibly disappointing. If you can’t cut curly hair, please just say so. By the end of this incredibly expensive session, my hair was uneven and horribly layered, and the style was nothing remotely close to what I wanted originally. Now, a couple months later, after waiting for my hair to grow out, I am going to get my hair shaped and layered from a decent stylist."
